Gary Chapman came to Nashville from Texas at age 19. The first song he ever got cut went to number one. Since that day, he has had songs recorded by many varied artists culminating in tens of millions of mechanicals and many pleasant mailbox moments. 

His relationships within the music community go back thirty years. Because of his varied skill set, Gary has experienced success in many different areas of the industry. Having earned seven Dove Awards and five Grammy nominations as an artist...after a five year run hosting TNN’s flagship show...six years hosting the Sam’s Place series at the historic Ryman Auditorium...producing CMT’s Musik Mafia TV and a number of documentaries and specials, as well as appearing with his wife, Cassie, in the recent TNT series, Private Lives of Nashville Wives.

Gary and Cassie are active in numerous charities and have a two-year-old adopted daughter, Eva Rose.
