Throughout her multifaceted career in Los Angeles and Nashville, Tracy Gershon has developed a proven track record for discovering and developing fresh new talent. She has held executive A&R positions at record labels - including Sony, Warner Brothers and Rounder Records - as well as at music publishers EMI, Sony Music and Warner Chappell. In 2003 Gershon broke new ground as a popular on-air judge with the hit reality TV show “Nashville Star” where she discovered country superstar Miranda Lambert. Tracy is the President of TG Consultants, which provides career management,  A&R and consulting services for a variety of companies within the entertainment industry.  She also heads the Nashville office of One Riot Music, a boutique independent publishing company who’s flagship artist is Brandi Carlile. Tracy also manages country artist and musician Natalie Stovall, in partnership with Red Light Management. Tracy is the host of Y’all Together Now, a featured music program on Beatles Channel for Sirius XM radio. She is co-founder of Change the Conversation and serves as a Trustee for the Nashville Chapter of the Recording Academy. Tracy has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Nashville Business Journal’s “Woman in Music City” awards in 2015, 2016  2017 and 2018 as well as Nashville Lifestyles Magazine’s top ten “Women In Business” award in 2016.
