Originally from Fort Wayne, IN, Justin Nicolet moved to Nashville in 2002 to pursue a career in music, originally as an artist. However, he happily ended up on the business side of the music industry. After an internship with a Christian indie artist development company, he landed his first music business gig in radio promotion, where he co-promoted singles by major-label Christian artists (i.e., Newsboys, Relient K, etc.). After his time working in radio promotion, Justin entered the world of artist management, working for Maximum Artist Group/Maximum Artist Management with clients Natalie Grant, Bernie Herms, Danny Gokey, Mary Mary and Riley Clemmons. In addition to his role with the management company, Justin was also the Manager of Artist & Writer Relations for Maximum’s publishing division, Maxx Music Publishing. 

In 2015, Justin joined the Centricity Music/Centricity Publishing family and is now the Creative Director of Centricity Publishing, where he works with Centricity Publishing’s roster of staff and artist writers (including Lauren Daigle, Jordan Feliz, Katy Nichole, Brandon Heath, Patrick Mayberry, Justin Morgan, Paul Duncan, Christian Hale, Kyle Williams, Matt Armstrong, and many others).
