How long have you been in Nashville? 22 years  

When it comes to One-on-One Mentoring, what genres do you focus on? Mainly Country

Greatest successes in songwriting? My “greatest successes” would definitely be the great friends I have made while living in Nashville, but if you’re asking about songs specifically, it would be having songs recorded by, Kenny Chesney, Randy Houser, Vince Gill, Diamond Rio, Amy Grant, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Jamey Johnson.

What is your specialty? Probably lyrics

Anything else we should know about you as a mentor? I’ve enjoyed getting to meet all the new writers coming to town since I’ve been part of the mentor program.

Who is your hero and why? My mom, and there’s not enough space on the internet to list why. 

What is your favorite place to eat in Nashville? I’m not picky about food. I like it all.

What do you want to be when you grow up? Alive, a son, a brother, and a friend.
