NSAI Chapter News

We had a PACKED HOUSE with SRO (Standing Room Only) at our December meeting of NSAI - Colorado Springs on December 2nd this year.  We had nearly 30 songwriters and about 75-100 people in our crowd cheering on our local songwriters.

We had a great time in May with our Chapter Challenge in Colorado Springs!  Bob Branum brought us a winning Bluegrass Tune called  "Hoe Down" it's like an old Saturday-Nite-Barn-Burner.  Great picking, mandolin and banjo in the demo.

March OPEN MIC NITE was a big success!

This is the time of year (around Valentine's day) that we start thinking about our lovers.  What made you fall in love to begin with?  Why did you break up with your last boyfriend or girlfriend?   Love Stories can be triumphant or heartbreaking.

This time of year we naturally start taking stock of our lives and reviewing the year gone by.  It's also a time when we start spending alot more time indoors.  What a perfect time to pick up the guitar or sit down at the piano.  Do you have a gratitude list?
