8TH ANNUAL NASHVILLE SONGWRITER AWARDS

Please note: 

  1. Submitting an application does not guarantee your organization will be approved for media credentials/tickets.

  2. Credential requests are evaluated each year.  Being approved for credentials for past NSAI events does not mean your organization will be credentialed again this year.  Being denied for credentials previously does not mean your organization will be denied this year.

    GENERAL GUIDELINES

PHOTOGRAPHY – Will be restricted to the balcony for approved outlets (with the exception of event official photographers) for the duration of the event.

Special photo guidelines may apply for particular performers and may be instituted at any time. All guidelines will be communicated to participating media prior to the event.

VIDEOGRAPHY – Only Local news and editorial videography will be allowed.

*Restricted to announcements and :30 segments of up to 3 songs 

**MEDIA CARPET WILL BE LOCATED INSIDE THE RYMAN, IT WILL NOT BE AN ENTRANCE RED CARPET**
