Here are some answers to frequently asked questions:
Q: Do I have to be at the meeting in person or can I be on the Zoom call and still submit a song for the Chapter Challenge?
A: You must attend the meeting to submit, but you can be in person or attending via Zoom.
Q: If I am affiliated with more than one chapter, can I submit a song at each Chapter Challenge meeting for each group?
A: No. You may only submit one song at one chapter meeting for the 2025 Chapter Challenge.
Q: If my co-writer submits a song for the Chapter Challenge, can I still vote for the song?
A: Yes, as long as you are not the one submitting the song.
Q: If I am affiliated with more than one chapter, can I attend different Chapter Challenge meetings and still vote in each meeting?
A: Yes
We will not be providing critique of the songs during the Chapter Challenge meeting. Active members attending the meeting in person or via Zoom will vote for their favorite song. The winning song from the chapter will be sent to NSAI for the national Chapter Challenge. Reach out if you have any questions and good luck!
