The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) announces several promotions and staff additions to the organization. Sarah Arnold, Allison Barrett, and Maxwell Trotter have each moved to elevated positions, and the organization welcomes Natalie Flynn and Lillian Creasy to the team!

Allison Barrett, who joined NSAI in July of 2021, has transitioned from Songwriter Services Coordinator to Chapter Relations Manager, where she will now oversee NSAI's network of chapters located around the world, working with coordinators in nearly 100 locations to help them elevate and guide the songwriting communities in their respective areas. Natalie Flynn has stepped into the role of Songwriter Services Coordinator, handling billing, song contest administration, and assisting with the annual Member Awards held during Tin Pan South week.
Sarah Arnold, previously in reception, has accepted the role of Songwriter Services Rep where she will now meet with existing and prospective members on how to best utilize NSAI's resources to support their songwriting aspirations. The staff has welcomed Lillian Creasy to the team as the new receptionist, assisting members all around and greeting hundreds of monthly visitors to NSAI headquarters.
Maxwell Trotter, who began his time with NSAI through an internship, carried on with his commitment to support the creative community and members of NSAI by official joining the staff in October 2023. His dedication to the organization led to a promotion to Senior Songwriter Relations Rep which he stepped into in March of 2025.
Creasy and Flynn join additional existing staff members including: Bart Herbison (Executive Director), Jennifer Turnbow (Chief Operating Officer), Lyndsie McClure (Director of Development), Brittni Talley (Director of Creative and Communication), Jill Moody (Director of Songwriter Services), Chance Phebus (Web & Content Manager), Delaney Moore (Sponsorship Coordinator), and Brenna Geyer (Executive Assistant).
