Dave Isaacs has been called “a musician’s musician”, a master player with the command and knowledge of his instrument that can only come from a lifetime of experience. Over the past 20 years he has become known in the music community as the “Guitar Guru of Music Row” for his work as a teacher and musical coach to professional performers, songwriters, and the next generation of Nashville’s rising stars.
In his review of Dave’s 2019 book The Perpetual Beginner, NSAI Executive Director Bart Herbison said, "Dave Isaacs is an outstanding teacher, because he is part fan, part musician, part songwriter, part psychologist and part motivator.” He has been a workshop pro with NSAI since 2006.
