Lillian is from Bartow, Florida and attended Florida Southern College, earning a degree in Music Management. She moved to Nashville in January of 2025 to intern for Olivia Management, while finishing her final semester of school. After graduation, she moved to Nashville full-time to pursue a career in the music industry. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports (specifically cheering for the Florida State Seminoles and Tampa Bay Lightning), attending concerts, and trying new food/drink spots. She also loves spending time with friends and family, whether on the boat or hanging around the neighborhood.

What made you fall in love with music?
Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up listening to all kinds of genres, such as Country, Rock, Classical, etc. and spent most of my childhood being a competitive dancer. In middle school I decided to pick up the oboe, which I continued to play through college. Whether performing or listening to music, I have always had a deep appreciation for how it can move people, and I hope to carry that with me through my career in the industry.

It would be impossible to pick one favorite, so here are some forever favorites (old and new): Zac Brown Band, Toby Keith, Tracy Lawrence, Billy Joel, Sugarland, Bruno Mars, Dierks Bentley, and Zach Top
What drew you to NSAI?
I had a friend that interned at NSAI and I always heard great things about the people and the mission here. I got connected with Jill and after speaking with her and researching NSAI, I knew it was the place for me. I love how they support songwriters of all levels by providing amazing resources and opportunities.
