Vanessa Olivarez is a singer songwriter and performer from the great state of Texas. Having spent a considerable amount of time as a songwriter in Atlanta, Georgia, focusing on hip-hop and pop, Vanessa is well-versed in more than just country music. She began her Nashville career 14 years ago, securing cuts with some of country music’s most famous names including Sugarland, Billy Currington, Angaleena Presley, Wanda Jackson, and Joan Jett, as well as placements in various tv shows and films. In addition, she has two actively touring and recording bands; Granville Automatic and Boys Club for Girls.
As a singer, she has garnered much success on shows like American Idol, and on the stage as the lead in in Hairspray (Toronto cast).
