ABOUT JILL:
Jill Moody brings more than 20 years experience in production, management and artist booking to the team at NSAI. Formerly the Director of Programming at Analog at Hutton Hotel, Jill worked closely with NSAI and Tin Pan South on events, showcasing her passion for supporting Nashville's creative culture and artistic scene.
After receiving her certificate in Broadcast/Media Arts at Specs Howard School of Media Arts Jill went on to begin her career as a Lighting Director at the world-famous Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville, TN. From there, she worked her way up the ranks from becoming Production Manager, where she created valuable relationships with various artists and bands throughout the country to her most recent position as Talent Buyer/Entertainment Manager for Wildhorse Saloon, where she strengthened those relationships and Wildhorse’s reputation as country music’s favorite place to play when visiting Nashville. During her time at Wildhorse, Jill was honored as one of Nashville Business Journal’s 2016 Women in Music City which recognizes women who have helped to shape the music industry.
At Hutton Hotel and Analog, Jill brought her vast experience to overseeing the programming and public event concepts for the hotel. In 2019 and into early 2020 under her direction, Analog at Hutton hotel rapidly grew into Nashville’s hottest venue welcoming a wide array of acts from CVRCHES, Lee Brice to Cage the Elephant, Carly Pearce, Moon Taxi, Yola and many more. In addition, Jill further developed her relationship with the songwriting community as Analog became a beloved space for industry professionals and songwriters.
ABOUT AMANDA:
Amanda Flynn Phillips grew up in the small town of Smiths Grove, Kentucky. Named after the Bob McDill penned classic "Amanda" (Waylon's version), her love for songwriting and music began from the very beginning. After moving to Nashville in 2008, she signed her first publishing deal with Leslie Dipiero and Victoria Shaw, achieving success with song placements in film/TV, radio, and album cuts - including co-writing Chase Rice's "Jack Daniels & Jesus," which later went on to be the name of his headlining tour. Later, she signed publishing deals with Sony ATV and Wide-Open Music Group - where she embraced a dual role as a songwriter and Creative Director.
She continues to apply her creativity and talents toward nurturing and cultivating connection and collaboration within the creative community in her current role as the Director of Chapters with NSAI, championing and advocating for emerging talents, seasoned Music Row veterans, and every dreamer in between.
