If you do not upload your MP3 and Lyrics your registration will be deleted. Do not upload an MP4.  The song submitted for registration will be the song pitched to the publisher. please be sure you upload the correct song and lyrics for your submission.

This is an online event. Once you provide your song, the session with the pro will be recorded and distributed by the event date listed on the registration. 

You must be a songwriter on the song you are submitting.

Song submission must be the original work of the Songwriter, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, rights of privacy, image or likeness, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, or be otherwise contrary to applicable laws and regulations.  To the extent any generative or other forms of artificial intelligence was used in the creation of the song related to the submission, a detailed description of the scope of that use must be disclosed upon submission, for any NSAI-sponsored service or event.

*Please note, any songs containing generative AI content affecting the composition of the song will not qualify for any competition or merit-based recognition opportunities (i.e. Ones to Watch, NSAI Member Awards, Top 40, NSAI Song Contest, Chapter Challenge, live pitch, live feedback events, etc.)

About Julia Keefe:

Julia Keefe is an A&R and publishing creative based in Nashville, TN. While attending Belmont University for a music business degree, Julia honed her A&R skills through a number of publishing and A&R internships. Through this, Julia began to work with Altadena, a publishing, label and artist development company founded by the late songwriter/producer busbee, where she was hired during her last semester of college. She spent three years at Altadena working with artists such as Carly Pearce, Ryan Griffin, Lindsey Lomis, Carter Faith, Riley Roth, and many more between Nashville and LA. Currently, Julia is now working as Head of A&R at Edgehill Music Publishing, running creative point on the growing, multi-genre roster.
