You do not need to be present for this event; the session will be recorded, and a link to view the video will be distributed to all members that have registered on the "Event Date"

You must be a songwriter on the song you are submitting. 

Song submission must be the original work of the Songwriter, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, rights of privacy, image or likeness, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, or be otherwise contrary to applicable laws and regulations.  To the extent any generative or other forms of artificial intelligence was used in the creation of the song related to the submission, a detailed description of the scope of that use must be disclosed upon submission, for any NSAI-sponsored service or event.

About Lisa McEwen:
Lisa McEwen is a Recording Artist and Songwriter whose music has gained attention from Nashville artists and songwriters alike. BMG Nashville Publishing holds some of her extensive catalogue and her songs have been featured on "The Bachelor Pad", "Canada's Got Talent", as well as theme songs for various charities, podcasts & YouTube channels. She penned the single, "Trail of Lies" for Katie Armiger which broke records for her career reaching the Top 20. Lisa's songs have earned her many credits including a Song of the Year nomination at the Inspirational Country Music Awards, Nashville as well as a Finalist for the John Lennon Songwriting Competition & International Songwriting Competition. Her song "Girls Will Be Girls" was the theme song for "6 Chix", a live concert featuring Nashville's up-and-coming singer/songwriters, and is now currently in high-rotation at SiriusXM channel 171. Lisa has had the opportunity to write with some of country music’s top writers, including Steven Dale Jones (“One More Day” – Diamond Rio), Josh Kear & Chris Tompkins (“Before He Cheats” – Carrie Underwood), Heather Little (“Gunpowder And Lead” – Miranda Lambert), Cory Batten ("She Wouldn't Be Gone" - Blake Shelton) as well as Michelle Wright & Patricia Conroy, and others. She has shared the stage with Michelle Wright, Carolyn Dawn Johnson & has played the Bluebird Cafe & Tin Pan South numerous times.  Lisa recently signed with sync agency Sweet On Top out of L.A. Tune into SiriusXM channel 171 to hear her two most recent singles “One More Night” and “Girls Will Be Girls”.
