You may only submit one song. Choose your best song for the Chapter Challenge Contest. Your song must be submitted via the Song submission link (Above) prior to the meeting. (preferably by 9pm Friday May 8) At this meeting everyone will listen and determine which song they feel should move on to the next level (Round 2) of the contest. *There will be no regular Song Share and Critiquing at this meeting. We will not be playing any songs live at this meeting. (Your song must be in mp3 format and uploaded - Live performances are not accepted.) (Also, Songs submitted via e-mail will not be accepted)
Note: The song you submit does not have to be a full demo. Simple work tapes with guitar/piano and vocals are fine.
To participate/compete with the members in the Mid-Michigan Chapter Challenge, you must be a current NSAI member and affiliated with our chapter before May 9, 2026. Being affiliated with our chapter means that you have joined our chapter and you receive information we send out and participate in the Mid-Michigan chapter's activities.
If you are affiliated with multiple chapters, you may only submit one song to one chapter. Submitting multiple entries will result in disqualification.
NOTE: A.I. must not be used in the creation of the Song (melody) or (Lyric) of the submission to be eligible.
