- Can only submit one song (even if affiliated with multiple chapters)
- Members only (submission + voting)
- Have to affiliate with a chapter (if you haven't already)
- Can't vote on your own song
- In the event of a tie, those songs will be submitted to the Chapter Director and the NSAI team will vote to break the tie and to determine the song going to Round 2
