DEANNA WALKER | "Deep Dive" Interview of Legendary Songwriter; RICK BERESFORD.

DON"T MISS THIS!!!
Our Very Special Guests for the January 7th, NSAI-Chicago Chapter Meeting will be Deanna Walker, who will be interviewing Legendary songwriter Rick Beresford!

Deanna is a composer, pianist, songwriter and producer as well as an adjunct instructor of songwriting at Vanderbilt University’s Blair School of Music.

Rick is an award-winning songwriter of several number-one classic hits. Rick’s classic country songs were recorded by George Jones, Don Williams, the Everly Brothers, Brenda Lee, John Conlee and more. “If Drinkin’ Don’t Kill Me Her Memory Will” was a hit number one song.
Townes Van Zandt, Willie Nelson, and Waylon Jennings were among the Texas cosmic cowboys and they quickly took notice of Rick. Not long after arriving in Austin, Rick began touring across Texas and the southwest opening for Willie and Waylon, and headlining gigs with Townes Van Zandt, Willis Alan Ramsey and Steve Earle.
He also teaches songwriting at Belmont University and is the founder and curriculum director for NSAI’s Song Camp.
