November 2020 Chapter Meeting, November 14th, 9:30am-12:30pm, featuring the ANTHEM CHAPTER CHALLENGE
Hi All! Time for another meeting announcement!!! Our November meeting is coming up on Saturday November 14th, from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm, via Zoom.
Here's an update, in case you missed our November 1st email announcement:
IMPORTANT!!!
We need information from you!
1. Since the main purpose of this meeting is the Anthem Chapter Challenge, we need to know if you will be attending and if you will be submitting a song for the chapter challenge. Please RSVP us at nsaikc@gmail.com to let us know. Please reply with all of the information for our sign in sheet, which consists of your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. We need this information, by THIS SATURDAY, November 7th, especially if you plan on submitting a song to the challenge. We'll BE SENDING OUT THE NSAI LINK for submitting your Anthem Chapter Challenge entry ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9th TO ALL WHO RESPOND THAT THEY WANT TO SUBMIT A SONG, SO PLEASE RSVP ASAP TO ASSURE YOU RECEIVE THE SONG SUBMISSION LINK!!
2. Anthem Chapter Challenge song entries are for CURRENT NSAI MEMBERS ONLY! The submission procedure is similar to the one we used at last month's meeting for evals, where you will input an mp3 of your song, lyrics, as well as your name and information on the usual song submission permission sheet. Your submissions MUST be input into the system no later than MIDNIGHT, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 11th. in order for us to compile them to be played at the Saturday, the 14th meeting .
3. We'll BE SENDING OUT THE ZOOM LINK FOR THE MEETING ON THE EVENING OF FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13th TO ALL WHO RESPOND, SO PLEASE RSVP ASAP TO ASSURE GETTING THE MEETING LINK!!
